Rising Star Financial Services also offers a Premium Program. The Rising Star Regular Service includes disputing with the three major credit bureaus and creditors. Our Premium service level adds several targeted legal interventions which may improve your results. For just $99 dollars per month, the Premium Service incorporates these additional remedies:
- Goodwill intervention for mild late-pay accounts
- Escalated intervention requests for more seriously late accounts
- Debt validation in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for certain charged off and collection accounts
- Interests rate intervention if your interests rates have skyrocketed due to late pays, we will try to have your interest rate reduced to a reasonable rate
- We fight the collection agencies to get them off your back. We force them to comply with Fair Debt Collection Practices
Every additional intervention on your behalf increases the likelihood that a favorable response may occur. Since additional methods are brought to bear, Premium Service clients may see more results sooner. However, it is important to remember that we cannot promise a particular result within a certain time frame since every case and credit report is different.
The level of service we provide to all of our Premium Service clients is a very intense program which will reduce negative credit on your credit files and raise your credit scores to an acceptable level.
To take advantage of this program, there is a one time set up fee of $495 however this includes your first month of service. Furthermore, upon completing either of the Rising Star Credit Repair programs, Loan Link Financial, a Rising Star affiliated partner licensed to do home loans in all 50 states, has agreed to refund each Rising Star client up to $500 of all of the money you spent cleaning your credit through our program, as long as you get your home loan through Loan Link Financial within 45 days of completing one of these two Rising Star Credit Repair programs.
